I am Honni, the founder and director of Homestead Ministries, and John is the ministries top fan…encouraging and supporting all we do in The Lord. John blesses us all as The Father of the Family, mowing 5 acres each weekend, and keeping the gardens and three buildings sorted…He keeps it all in check. What a blessing to us all He is. As husband and wife we love each other and our precious family dearly, and to do that, we put Jesus first in all we do.

4. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Introducing our son and daughter-in-love. They have been led by the Spirit of God to pray and have a love for the lost and in need….they volunteer in our Samford Valley on-Line Healing Rooms. Blessing us with fun and laughter, they love to organise family days and get togethers that bless us all. They also keep our veggie gardens stacked with God’s goodness to! We are blessed to have them as part of God’s family & ours, who live at Golden Valley Homestead.

Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.”

Psalms 126:2

Introducing our son, and daughter-in-love and our darling first grandchild. Together they have a thirst for God’s Word, to teach and mentor. These guys have busy lives yet always manage to bless us with support and love. If it’s not IT support or making the gardens bright with Sunflowers, it’s cooking beautiful meals and sorting out the pantry with love and sharing their divine little Joshy with us all. They are a true blessing to have around.

Nanma and Pop came to live with us about 5 years ago. What a blessing they are. Generations of love for Christ Jesus handed down. They love the Lord and share that love every day with us all. Inseparable, their love for each other is a gift from God. We praise God for their kindnesses to us, from Nama’s incredible deserts for our family dinners and her blessed offers to help, to dad’s peace filled presence that shines God’s love on all He does.

‘So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come.

Fleur only joined the team recently, and is a perfect heavenly gift to us. Fleur is one of my two beautiful sisters, the other is our lovely Natalie.

A blessed member of our family….. Fleur is a sister, daughter, and aunt & great aunt….and now works with Honni. Fleur is also a mum to 3 beautiful children and lives in NSW. She offers her support on-line…and does anything needed. We feel so blessed to be working together, praying together and unveiling the Holy Spirit’s next steps for Homestead Ministries.
