Scriptures to overcome fear
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
For I am the Lord your God
who takes hold of your right hand
and says to you, Do not fear;
I will help you.Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me?
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
